Terms on this website ("Site") sets the rules for all the customers and governs your usage of the product SprintsQ. PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE BEFORE USING OUR WEBSITE. Website refers to SprintsQ, accessible from sprintsq.com

In this legal agreement the first party is considered as SprintsQ ("Us", "We", "Our"). Second party as the customer ("You"). "You" means the individual accessing our product or using the service or the company. Our service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the company. The company has no control over, and has no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services that you visit. So kindly read them properly.

By accessing our sites or using our product, you are accepting our terms of use and privacy policy of the company. Please read our privacy policy carefully before using our service.

Use of the product (what people can do)

SprintsQ is operated and controlled by a small group of members(team) located in India. SprintsQ allows customers to access our features from all over the world with few standard charges. We have certain restricted features which will be provided according to your subscription plan basis. We may change or add or remove or modify our product anytime. Guidelines on our pricing page (www.sprintsq.com/pricing) will inform you about the increment or decrement of the payment of the respective plans.

Account

To start with SprintsQ, you must register an account in order to use all our basic features. To register an account, you have to provide basic information which includes your legal name, registered company name, business Email address and your phone number. Upon completing registering the account, you shall be provided with a few trial sections to use our product and explore our features. After that you may select your required plan and proceed to the next action. There are three subscription plans(Free, Pro). You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You shall not give access to your account to any third party.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU VIOLATE ANY TERMS OF SERVICE, WE MAY CANCEL YOUR SERVICE ACCESS ANYTIME.

Limitations of the account

The customer shall not copy/ replicate/ duplicate/ distribute/ syndicate any portion of our website. You should not allow any other third party to access any of your features. Customers shall not permit or allow any third party to copy/ recreate/ decompile any part of the software or our product. You should not disassemble/ decompile the application by any method. Examining our code and other interior works are prohibited. You are not allowed to change/ modify/ distribute/ syndicate/ copy/ replicate any portion of the other customers section or our segment.

Payment

Customers shall pay the applicable fees with all the service taxes, transaction and additional charges for your respective subscribed plan of SprintsQ via the provided payment methods. All the payment should be paid to the service provider within 28 days of the date of invoice. Any late payment may include minor charges according to the delay/ missed date. Payment information will be protected and respected by both parties. The receipt of the payment will be issued only by your request. (monthly usage, late - no use, the invoice generated @ your sign up acc). If there is any change in the subscribed plan, we may let you notice before 30 days. If you wish to cancel or upgrade the plan, you may do them any time.

Limitations of liability

In spite of any damages that you have made, the entire liability of the company and any of its suppliers under the terms will be limited.

Revision of our services

A prior notice will be given before 90 days of launching or revising of our new features.

Revision of the site

We may update/ revise this site anytime. By accessing, browsing or using this site, you agree to our updated revised/ updated version and therefore periodically visit our website.

Feedbacks and Reviews

You can always seek us in the help center. You can leave the message in the section and we will reply as soon as possible. You may not use any of the offensive, provocative or discriminatory language while commenting or tagging us in the public.
